Find your weak spots before attackers do
Security audits, penetration testing, Red Team and readiness for international certification. Manual-first testing, reports built on recognised standards, and a written scope agreed before any work begins.

The full information-security lifecycle
From a one-off assessment to ongoing support, we cover the security of your infrastructure, applications and processes.
Security & documentation audit
End-to-end assessment of infrastructure, configurations, processes and documentation, with a prioritised report.
- Networks, servers and cloud review
- Policy, procedure and process audit
- Report with a remediation plan
Penetration testing
A controlled attack in black-box, grey-box or white-box mode. We look for what a real attacker would exploit.
- Web, mobile, API and external perimeter
- Internal pentest and segmentation
- Re-test after remediation
Red Team
A simulated attack with a set goal and an agreed scenario. It tests your people, processes and defences together.
- OSINT and social engineering
- Phishing and physical access
- Blue Team response assessment
Incident response
Help when an incident hits: investigation, containment and recovery, with a response time guaranteed in the retainer agreement.
- Incident triage and forensic investigation
- Containment and recovery support
- Root-cause analysis and lessons learned
Certification readiness
We build the processes and documentation for international standards and stay with you through certification.
- ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR
- Policies, procedures and a risk register
- Support through the certification audit
Training & awareness
We raise your team's resilience to attacks: training, phishing simulations and knowledge checks.
- Phishing simulations
- Staff security training
- Secure development
A transparent process from request to result
Scoping
We define the boundaries of the assessment, the goals and the threat model. Timelines and rules of engagement are agreed.
Assessment
Audit and penetration testing: we look for vulnerabilities and the paths an attacker would take.
Report
A prioritised report: what we found, why it matters and how to fix it.
Follow-up
We help you remediate and re-test to confirm the risks are closed.
Practitioners, not theorists
Besides testing, we build products and infrastructure ourselves, so we understand risk from both sides.
Practitioners test by hand, the way a real attacker would. Tools help, but they don't replace judgement.
Vexaro builds software and infrastructure, so we know where things usually break.
Priorities, business risk and concrete next steps instead of a raw scanner export.
We support remediation and re-test the fixes at no extra charge, within the window set in the Statement of Work.
We prepare you for international standards and certification
Engagement formats and realistic timelines
Indicative timelines. The final scope depends on the agreed threat model.
Penetration testing
Web, mobile, API or external perimeter.
Security & documentation audit
Infrastructure, configurations and processes.
Red Team
Targeted attack simulation on an agreed scenario.
ISO 27001 readiness
ISMS rollout, documentation and internal audit.
SOC 2 Type II
Controls rollout plus the observation period.
PCI DSS
Readiness for the QSA assessment.
The kind of issues we test for
Illustrative scenarios built from common types of findings. These are not client case studies.
Payment API penetration test
Illustrative: a race between requests that bypasses transfer limits and changes the amount. A manual API test is designed to find this kind of logic flaw before release.
Branch-network audit
Illustrative: POS admin panels open to the internet and a flat network between offices, found by external and internal testing and closed with segmentation and perimeter hardening.
ISO 27001 readiness
Illustrative: building the ISMS (processes, policies, procedures and staff training) so it is ready for an accredited body's Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.
Everything we find stays between us
Every engagement starts with a non-disclosure agreement. Details of your infrastructure, our findings and the reports are seen only by the people working on your engagement. That includes any subcontractor, who is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Nobody else gets them unless the law requires it.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any access.
Access, artefacts and reports are stored encrypted.
Access to data is limited to project members, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Working data is deleted or returned after the agreed retention period, and temporary access is removed.
FAQ
An audit assesses the security of configurations, processes and architecture. A pentest is a controlled attack that checks how someone could actually break in. They are often run together.
We design it to be. We agree the threat model, boundaries and rules first; load-heavy or potentially disruptive checks run only in an agreed window. Active testing of live systems always carries some risk of disruption, so we plan around your backups and critical periods.
A report with prioritised findings, a business-risk assessment and concrete remediation steps. Plus remediation support and a free re-test of the fixed findings, within the window set in the Statement of Work.
Yes. We advise your team on remediation and re-test to confirm the risks are closed.
ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, OWASP ASVS, NIST CSF and others. We build the processes and documentation for the standard and stay with you through to the certificate.
Realistic timelines: a pentest takes 1-3 weeks, a security audit 2-4 weeks, ISO 27001 readiness 6-9 months and PCI DSS 3-6 months. SOC 2 Type II needs 3 months of implementation plus an observation period of 3-12 months.
We sign an NDA before we start. Findings and evidence are stored encrypted on access-controlled systems, access follows least privilege, reports are delivered over secure channels, and working data is deleted or returned after the agreed retention period.
